Building Plan Approval & Sanctioning Services
The Building Permission Department works under the provisions of Maharashtra Metropolitan Region Development Authority Ordinance of 2016 and those under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. For building any industrial plant, it is mandatory to seek permission from the Regional Development Department through the Collector's Office.
Mutation Entries From 1949
Collection of all required documents.
Application drafting and submission to DM.
Follow-ups with the DM Office to resolve queries raised by DM.
Approval of the building plan.
